Payment terms & Cancellation policy

Requests to cancel must be received in writing via email.

Cancellation charges apply depending on the notice given.

• *30 Calendar days - Full refund

• *15 - 30 Calendar days - you will be refunded 50% of the course fee

• *Within 14 days - You will not be able to receive a refund.

We understand that sometimes things change. Where possible we will try and fit you into another date within the same calendar year.
